Holiwood movie : Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is an upcoming two-part fantasy-adventure film directed by David Yates and based on the novel of the same name by J. K. Rowling. The film will be the final instalment in the popular Harry Potter franchise and will be the third to be directed by Yates. David Heyman and David Barron serve as producers and the screenplay is written by Steve Kloves. The story follows Harry Potter on a quest to find and destroy Lord Voldemort's secret to immortality - the Horcruxes. The film stars Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, alongside Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as Harry's best friends Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. Principal photography for both parts was completed on 12 June 2010 (2010-06-12).
Part I will be released on 19 November 2010 (2010-11-19) and Part II on 15 July 2011 (2011-07-15). Both parts will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures in 2D and 3D formats on their individual release dates. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be the only entry from the series to be entirely in 3D. It will also be released in IMAX 3D.

Plot

Part 1 begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction— Horcruxes. On their own, without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever. But there are Dark Forces in their midst that threaten to tear them apart.
Meanwhile, the wizarding world has become a dangerous place for all enemies of the Dark Lord. The long-feared war has begun and Voldemort's Death Eaters seized control of the Ministry of Magic and even Hogwarts, terrorizing and arresting anyone who might oppose them. But the one prize they still seek is the one most valuable to Voldemort: Harry Potter. The Chosen One has become the hunted one as the Death Eaters search for Harry with orders to bring him to Voldemort... alive.
Harry's only chance is to find the Horcruxes before Voldemort finds him. But as he searches for clues, he uncovers an old and almost forgotten tale—the legend of the Deathly Hallows. And if the legend turns out to be true, it could give Voldemort the ultimate power he seeks.
Little does Harry know that his future has already been decided by his past when, on that fateful day, he became "the Boy Who Lived." No longer just a boy, Harry Potter is drawing ever closer to the task for which he has been preparing since the day he first stepped into Hogwarts: the ultimate battle with Voldemort.

Cast

Jason Isaacs considered not returning for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows before the book was released, as he was worried that the senior Malfoy would have very little screen time due to the character's imprisonment in the previous story. Meeting JK Rowling at an awards dinner he fell to his knees and said "Get me out of prison, I beg you." Ms. Rowling reassured Isaacs by looking over her shoulder and mouthing "You're out. Chapter One." Isaacs signed onto the film immediately afterward.
Joshua Herdman announced on 9 August 2009 (2009-08-09) that Jamie Waylett would not be reprising his role as Vincent Crabbe for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Waylett's character would instead be written out and his role in the plot taken over by Herdman's character.
Director David Yates has announced that, for the final scene in the film which is set nineteen years after the film's main story, older actors will not be cast to play the main characters. Special effects will be used to depict the cast members as adults. Furthermore, it appears that a mixture of visual effects and make-up will be used to make the actors in the Seven Potters scene look like Daniel Radcliffe.
